In case you missed it, we made some big improvements to Otto over the past month. We heard your feedback and we implemented it, so these product updates are all about helping you personalize faster, send smarter, and stay organized.

Better Campaign Creation
🧠 “Set It and Forget It” Campaign Automation
You can now automate the full flow: Otto will continuously search new leads, personalize them, and push them to your campaign – all based on how many contacts you want to email per day. Just set your daily volume and let Otto run the show:

📁 Bring Your Own Data
You can now upload your own CSV of leads when launching a campaign. Just choose “Bring Your Own Data” when creating a new campaign – perfect for events, trade shows, or your own enrichment workflows.
🔁 Multi-Step Sequences + Delay Controls
Create and customize outbound outreach flows with multiple steps and delays between sends – all from one place – no Zapier hacks or manual tracking needed.
🎯 Better Personalization Defaults
Cleaner formatting for merge tags like {{companyName}}, improved auto-fill, and hidden quality metrics (still tracked behind the scenes). Otto now pulls better snippets from websites and LinkedIn to personalize intros and context lines.
AI That Actually Helps
⚡ Guided Sequence Generator
Drop in your company info and campaign goal, and Otto will generate a 5-step email sequence tailored to your audience and optimized for opens, replies, and clarity. When building a campaign, Otto can suggest subject lines and email variants that are more likely to perform.
🧠 Spam Checker for Templates
Our system now scans your emails for spam-triggering language and suggests ways to improve deliverability before you hit send.
Inbox & Deliverability
📬 Mailbox Filtering for Failures
Your inbox now filters out bounce/error messages (like mailer-daemons) so your real replies are easier to spot and your metrics stay clean.
🌊 Dynamic Domain Pooling
Otto automatically rotates sending domains when it detects performance drops – helping you avoid spam filters and reduce bounce rates. With a revamped server stack and smarter infrastructure, we’re better equipped than ever to handle high-volume sending at scale.
🚫 Smarter “Do Not Contact” Rules
DNC lists now match domains and emails using contains logic, reducing errors and duplicate outreach when importing suppression lists.
📊 Performance Snapshot Dashboard

Fix contact info right from the Lead List before launch. Got a typo or the wrong job title? Just click and edit — we’ll update the emails automatically.
👀 Quick View + Tagging System
Click a lead to see campaign context, history, and responses. Plus, tag leads by status, persona, or source to filter fast.
🧭 Cleaned Up Navigation
We reorganized the left sidebar and condensed views so you can move faster through prospect lists and campaigns.
